Barclays Capital has appointed Guglielmo Sartori di Borgoricco as a managing director and head of European distribution. He joins the investment banking division of Barclays Bank in April and will work out of the London office.
Thomas Kalaris, head of distribution and research at Barclays Capital, comments: "With a great deal of experience in Europe and the emerging markets, a broad background in derivative products and portfolio strategies, Guglielmo will help to significantly accelerate our progress with clients in these geographies and will play a critical role in the expansion plans of the firm." Guglielmo joins Barclays Capital after 12 years at CSFB where he worked as co-head of European distribution.
