Lloyds TSB has appointed Sara Yates as sector economist reporting to Hann-Ju Ho, senior sector economist.
In the newly created position, Yates is responsible for producing research reports on the UK’s economic sectors. She joins from UBS where she focused on strategic and tactical asset allocations, including currency management.
Trevor Williams, chief economist at Lloyds TSB, says: “I’m delighted Sara will join our sector economics team. Further developing our capabilities to produce leading analysis and insights into the UK’s core industries is an essential part of servicing the needs of our corporate and financial institutions clients.”
