Gus Rieunier, head of currency options at State Street in London, resigned Tuesday. Sources say he’s off to Saxo in Copenhagen. The Frenchman joined State Street in 2003 from Commerzbank.
As well as being one of the gentlemen of the market, Gus tends to play his cards right: he’s pretty shrewd at poker. He’s taken money off me more than once – though that doesn’t make him unique.
