Real Estate Survey 2017: Press release
Euromoney magazine has released the results of the 2017 Real Estate Survey.
For our 13th annual Real Estate Survey, we received 2,462 valid responses from real estate developers, advisers, financial institutions, investors and corporate end-users worldwide rating who's best at providing real estate products and services in their market.
Among the key findings:
CBRE and JLL hold on to the two top spots in global advisory while Cushman & Wakefield rise to number three
Sun Hung Kai Properties jumps five places to top the global developer ranking
Blackstone reigns supreme in investment management as LaSalle Investment Management retains second place
Growing allocation to real assets drives property returns
Retail under pressure as investors shun second tier assets and seek warehouse and logistics exposure
