Impco Technologies CFO and treasurer Nickolai Gerde has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Richard Fogarty, the company's controller, will serve as interim principal financial officer while a search for Gerde's replacement is completed Impco manufactures advanced alternative-fuel systems and components for internal-combustion engines.

US-based software company HyPerformix has named Reagan Sakai as its first CFO. Sakai most recently was CFO of Vieo. Before Vieo, Sakai was secretary, treasurer and CFO at data storage company Crossroads Systems. During his tenure there, Sakai co-led the company through acquisitions as well as an initial public offering.
