Ted Yarborough will run the new line, which is trying to enhance the effectiveness of Citi’s client-facing ABS underwriting, financing and principal activities. This new group sits in the wider global securitized markets group run by Jeff Perlowitz. It includes asset-backed finance, ABCP conduit and student loan finance businesses.
