Awards for Excellence national winners 2026: Czech Republic’s best bank for large corporates – Raiffeisenbank

Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic delivered strong financial growth in 2025, driven by a redesigned large corporate coverage model and increased digital and product investment.

Corporate banking revenue rose 15% year-on-year, alongside growth in large corporate lending of 18% year-on-year and deposits of 36% year-on-year. Structured finance volumes reached a record CZK22.7 billion ($1.07 billion) across 40 transactions, up by almost 50% year-on-year, underscoring strong demand for more complex financing.

The bank’s new large corporate sales and service model introduced clearly defined coverage roles, structured client prioritisation and deeper integration with product specialists across the Raiffeisen network. This was accompanied by process improvements, including expanded use of digital signing, with the number of digitally signed documents increasing more than fivefold compared to the previous year. The bank also improved its credit analysis process to shorten approval times and free staff capacity for complex cases, while fostering collaboration across sales, risk and analytics teams.

The bank invested in client-facing platforms and infrastructure through several key rollouts. The Robot 2.0 dealing platform was deployed across the corporate client base, while tailored API solutions enabled high-volume instant payments processing and were extended beyond their initial use cases to serve additional clients. Enhancements to international cash management connectivity completed in December strengthened cross-border reporting and payments functionality.

Product development was complemented by an expansion of financing capabilities, including participation in the IPO of Doosan Škoda Power and a role in a €500 million multi-instrument financing package for České dráhy, extending the range of capital markets and risk management solutions available to large corporate clients.
