Awards for Excellence national winners 2026: Poland’s best investment bank for ECM – Trigon Investment Banking

Trigon Investment Banking’s ECM franchise demonstrated an unmatched blend of deal volume, sector breadth and execution finesse. Its 18 executed transactions raised the equivalent of €1.4 billion and made the firm the most active broker on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s secondary offering market.

Central to this momentum was the bank’s ability to balance landmark blue-chip deals with growth-sector financings, illuminating a strategy of pairing deep local relationships with increasingly global distribution following its strategic tie-up with Wedbush Financial Services.

The year opened with the €410 million IPO of Diagnostyka, Poland’s largest private medical diagnostics group. Acting as joint bookrunner, Trigon built a book that was multiple times oversubscribed, providing the market with its first sizeable healthcare listing since the pandemic and broadening the Warsaw bourse’s sector mix.

Just weeks later the team steered a PLN1.55 billion ($409 million) secondary share sale for omnichannel retailer CCC. The mandate represented Poland’s biggest follow-on of 2025, and positioned the company to accelerate its digital pivot and regional expansion.

Trigon’s distribution power was equally evident in mid-cap growth stories: it led Creotech Instruments’ space-technology offering, sole-coordinated a PLN20 million raise for video-game developer People Can Fly, and guided biotech names Scope Fluidics and Bioceltix through tightly priced capital raises – deals that helped diversify Poland’s quoted-technology universe.

Industrial issuers also turned to the firm. Trigon delivered a PLN300 million share issue for steel producer Cognor, structuring the financing around decarbonisation capex and attracting a mix of ESG-focused and sector specialist investors.

Across these mandates the bank was frequently sole or joint global coordinator, highlighting both its structuring capability and the trust of repeat clients.
