People moves: RBS aligns EMEA sales

RBS has organised its EMEA sales team into what an internal memo from Antonio Polverino describes as a “Product/Geography matrix model”. It all sounds very professional and apparently it will help the bank, “serve our priority institutional clients across the region.”

The appointments are:

Product sales heads:

EMEA credit sales – Emmanuel Delattre / Chris Fleming

EMEA flow rates and currency sales – Chris Fleming

EMEA rates and currency solutions sales – Didier Chapet

Region sales heads:

  Northern Europe – Sian Hurrell

Switzerland, Germany and Austria – Stefan Krasz

France, Belgium, and Luxembourg – Laurent Garret

  Southern Europe – Luis Torroba

MEA and Israel Institutional and Corporates – Samir Atassi

Polverino, who is RBS’s head of EMEA institutional sales, concludes the memo by saying: “I will be providing further clarity around the new Global Solutions Sales business in the near future, as well as introducing the management team. In the meantime, please join me in wishing this team every success in their new roles.”
