Russian telecom company MegaFon has chosen SuperDerivatives’ SD-Reval service to generate independent revaluations on its multi-asset derivative portfolio.
“We use different types of derivatives to hedge exposure to the rouble’s value against the US dollar and the euro. We needed to be able to value these instruments against market-accurate rates to comply with Russian auditing standards,” says Ilya Solntsev, head of MegaFon’s treasury department.
