Ed Blair, the former chief dealer of high-frequency trading at Bank of America (BoA), has resurfaced at hedge fund Komodo Capital Management based in Singapore. The fund he will work on currently has nine members of staff, including Elia Alfay, who previously worked for Blair at BoA Singapore. The new team will roll out its trading program soon.
