Goldman Sachs has hired Toby Hsieh to work on its options team in New York. Hsieh, who had a stint at Goldman a few years back, left Merrill Lynch after only a brief interlude. He will replace Chris Bae, who is off to Asia to trade equity options. According to one informed source, Hsieh is not the only dealer at Merrill to have his running shoes on. Meanwhile, Connor Kelly is said to have left his role in FX options in London and is headed for a hedge fund.
