Single women interested in meeting "high adrenaline guys who thrive on excitement, adventure and the finer things the world has to offer" now need look no further than traderdater .com, the online dating site recently launched by Trader magazine, a lifestyle magazine aimed at traders and hedge fund managers.
The website asks women to answer such penetrating questions as "the best trade I ever made", "my favourite recent purchase" and "my idea of a great date is", and to submit a photo so that the site's male subscribers can pick a woman that they'd like to contact.
Women are also asked to describe themselves in financial terms so that male traders will be able to understand them by selecting from the following options: "highly volatile", "undervalued gem", "a bargain", "a calculated risk", "high yield", or "no risk no reward."
And what sort of women are traders interested in?
Well, trader of the month Mark D, 33, a futures trader who divides his time between Chicago and New York, had this to say: "I'm looking for someone who is switched on, unconventional, not conservative and is just generally very positive overall."
