FX people move: Societe Generale makes two new strategy hires

Societe Generale has strengthened its emerging markets and FX strategy teams in London by hiring Benoit Anne and Kit Juickes.

Benoit Anne joined the bank at the end of June as head of EM strategy. He is based in London and reports to Benoit Hubaud, head of macro strategy. Anne joins from BofA/Merrill where he was head of EMEA and LatAm FX and debt strategy. Prior to this, he worked at the International Monetary Fund in Washington as an economist.

Kit Juckes joined the bank in early June as global head of FX strategy. Juckes is also based in London and also reports to Hubaud. Prior to Societe Generale, Juckes was chief economist at the ECU Group, a London-based currency management boutique. Before that he was global head of research at RBS.
