Euromoney Real Estate Awards
For nearly 20 years, the Euromoney Real Estate Awards have polled the real estate market to reveal the very best organisations globally, as voted for by real estate professionals worldwide.
About the Awards
Euromoney’s Real Estate Awards celebrate the very best of the commercial real estate market. Showcasing excellence at not only country, but also regional and global level, the Awards recognise those organisations that are truly shifting the dial in the real estate market.
The real estate market never stands still. Technology is playing a growing role, driving efficiencies in a building’s lifecycle as well as improving the end user and client experience. There is also a growing awareness and focus on real estate’s role in meeting global environmental targets.
To this end the new look Awards celebrate not only commercial success and client service, but also a commitment to improving the sector through technological advances and sustainability initiatives.

The Entry Process
Our awards cover the following geographies: Global, Asia-Pacific, CEE & The Baltics, Nordics, Western Europe, North America, Latin America, and Middle East & Africa.
2023 marks a new beginning for the Awards, as Euromoney moves to a more refined two-stage process. This enables us to finetune the awards still further and reflect trends in a quickly evolving real estate market more accurately than ever.
In step 1, Euromoney invites organisations active in the real estate sector to submit entries to categories of their choice using a dedicated awards portal.
In step 2, Euromoney will review all entries, and carry out further research into the market before creating a shortlist for each category.
Euromoney will then publish a shortlist of nominees in all categories and geographies where there is sufficient evidence. All decisions are made independently by Euromoney, using the published entry criteria.
The real estate market will then be invited to vote for its winners from the shortlisted organisations using a dedicated voting portal.
Real estate professionals worldwide and corporate end users will have an opportunity to vote during a five-week window.
Full voting guidelines can be found on the voting portal.
