Supply chain debate: Why senior management needs to come up to scratch


Jack Large (JL - chair) is a partner at J&W Associates and is an independent consultant working in cash and treasury management and payment cards. He provides consultancy services and training seminars for financial institutions, payment system companies and multinational corporations.

Roque Damacela (RD) is Citi's trade finance head for EMEA. He is responsible for traditional trade finance as well as supply chain product development and transaction structuring across the region. He has been involved with the oversight of commercial lending and trade/supply chain finance operations in EMEA, Asia and north and Latin America for the past 20 years.

Jane Ephrussi (JE) is the Citi GTS EMEA industrials head managing a range of client sectors including aviation, shipping, autos and general corporate. With more than 20 years at Citi, in London since 1993, she relocated from New York to assist growing companies set up shared services in Europe. She has been involved with leading companies in establishing SSCs, payment factories, in-house banks and treasury solutions.

Colin Hemsley (CH) is head of major corporate and financial institutions sales, corporate banking, at Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets.
