TradingScreen hires Paolo Gilardi as head of US FX sales

TradingScreen, a global provider of electronic trading solutions, has hired Paolo Gilardi as its new head of US FX sales, based in New York.

Gilardi previously held senior roles at several firms as a buy-side trader, including ING Capital Markets and Crédit Agricole in New York. He also worked for JPMorgan in London, Milan and Zurich.

TradingScreen, established in 1999, provides electronic execution-management infrastructure to the financial markets, such as order routing for equity, futures and options, foreign exchange and fixed-income instruments, which allows both buy-side and sell-side firms to connect to multiple trading exchanges.

Last month the firm launched a position and portfolio risk analysis package for orders and execution, the first execution-management system of its kind to offer such an integrated offering.
