This digital surge was largely driven by a 76% year-on-year increase in e-banking transactions, underscoring the bank’s commitment to enhancing its digital channels.

In response to evolving market needs, OTP Bank launched a dedicated payment module in 2024 employing a microservices architecture. This robust framework has greatly enhanced the efficiency and security of processing across major financial networks including Swift, Sepa, and Target2.
