GFI has launched the online price discovery software Fenics Property to support the burgeoning UK property derivatives market. GFI says users of the software will be able to access up-to-the-minute market prices and the property returns, and historical graphs implied by these prices. It is hoped this will allow analysis of the relationship between property derivative prices and property performances.
