The February level of State Street’s monthly Investor Confidence Index. It is the lowest since the index’s launch in September 2003 and a 3.6 percentage point fall from January. The fall, the third in a row, is attributed to US investors reducing exposure to equities. It seems they are not quite as optimistic as new Fed chairman Ben Bernanke.
