Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) is recognised as Vietnam’s leading industrial developer, combining scale, sustainability and integrated solutions. With 20 projects across 14 provinces, VSIP offers consistent service standards from northern economic zones to the Mekong Delta. It includes fully occupied parks and new developments such as VSIP III Binh Duong, which is pioneering hybrid power solutions and direct power purchasing agreements under Vietnam’s new regime.
VSIP delivered strong results in the review period, posting VND3.28 trillion ($128 million) net profit in 2024, up 93% year-on-year, and maintaining double-digit equity growth into 2025. Its client base of 928 firms spans global leaders in manufacturing, logistics and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), supported by high satisfaction scores across annual surveys.
Global manufacturers continue to choose VSIP for infrastructure and reliability. Lego’s first carbon-neutral factory in Vietnam, operational since 2025, underscores VSIP’s renewable energy leadership. Other multinationals, including Tetra Pak and Zeng Hsing, have expanded operations within VSIP parks, leveraging integrated township models and advanced utilities.

Innovation extends beyond land and factory leasing. VSIP’s digital management platform enables real-time monitoring of energy and water consumption, supported by Scada, EMS and GIS systems. The upcoming Intelligent Operations Centre will centralize data for enhanced security and efficiency.
Sustainability is embedded as a core pillar: VSIP has secured Edge certifications for ready-built factories and residential components, while VSIP III is pre-qualified for BCA Green Mark standards. Renewable energy initiatives include rooftop solar and planned solar farms at new projects.
