2026 survey

Between January and April 2026, more than 2,000 financial institutions, including banks and non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs), participated in the Euromoney Financial Institutions Survey. Respondents assessed their top cash management, clearing and trade finance providers across product capabilities, technology, innovation and client service, creating one of the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarks of financial institution banking relationships.

Methodology

The Euromoney Financial Institutions Survey 2026 is an independently administered digital survey, conducted by Euromoney through its proprietary respondent network and in partnership with participating banks. The survey captures direct client feedback from financial institutions, providing an objective assessment of provider performance across products, technology, innovation and client service.
