Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank expanded its presence in Turkey’s capital markets during the review period through its wholly owned subsidiary, Kuveyt Türk Investment. Its focus on participation finance broadened access to Shariah-compliant funding and investment opportunities for companies and investors.
Corporate financing was a central part of that expansion in 2025, Kuveyt Türk Investment’s first full year of operations. The business facilitated more than $450 million in sukuk issuance, providing companies with a Shariah-compliant alternative to conventional debt.
