ESG debate: Can ethics improve your investment performance?

Marc Brammer (MB) is the director of research for Europe with Innovest Strategic Value Advisors. He is in charge of the European analyst team and manages the development of new model analysis tools and oversees projects in the consulting division.
Melissa Brown (MB) is the executive director of the Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia (Asria), a not-for-profit membership association supporting sustainable investment in Asia. Asria’s membership includes a cross-section of global and Asia-based fund managers, financial institutions, companies and non-profit organizations.
Rachel Kyte (RK) is director of the environment and social development department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She manages the development and adoption of the new sustainability policy, performance standards and disclosure policy for IFC.
Paul Mitchell (PM) has been president of the International Council on Mining and Metals since 2003. ICMM is the industry’s peak representative body, interacting with the international financial community, intergovernmental organizations (including UN agencies, World Bank and OECD), national governments and international NGOs.
Nicholas Payne (NP) is a fund manager and a director of Rexiter.
