ANZ appoints global head of corporate finance

ANZ Investment Bank today announces the appointment of Malcolm Hiscock as global head of corporate finance. Malcolm is an M&A specialist with a strong track record of over 14 years' experience in high profile transactions for major listed companies both in Australia and internationally.

Malcolm joins ANZ Investment Bank after a sabbatical. Prior to this he was director, corporate finance in Singapore and head of M&A, Melbourne, for Merrill Lynch.

Malcolm will be based in Melbourne and he will head ANZ's corporate finance units in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and India. This new role reflects ANZ Investment Bank's focus on continuing to grow its global corporate finance presence and further increasing its advisory capability in Australia and internationally.
