It notably launched DBS Token Services, a comprehensive suite that embeds tokenisation and smart-contract logic directly into the bank’s payment engines. As the first mover among major Asian banks to bring this capability to institutional treasury flows, DBS enables 24-hour on-chain representations of fiat for intra-group transfers, smart-contract-governed conditional payouts and programmable reward disbursements.
