Maybank Securities’ development into a broad, multi-asset franchise made it Singapore’s standout securities house. During 2025, the firm combined retail and institutional execution, prime brokerage, financing, derivatives and investment banking within an increasingly integrated regional platform.
Its breadth was evident in capital markets. Maybank Securities completed 12 ECM transactions, including three of the five IPOs on the Singapore Exchange’s main board. Its mandates included the IPOs of Centurion Accommodation REIT, Coliwoo and Soon Hock Holdings, as well as an equity fundraising for Frasers Centrepoint Trust.
