DNB Carnegie distinguished itself by displaying deep local advisory expertise with the scale and reach of a genuinely pan-Nordic platform. Across Sweden, Denmark and Finland the firm advised on many of the year’s defining equity and merger transactions while also broadening its presence in debt markets.
Much of this momentum stemmed from the March 2025 completion of DNB Bank’s acquisition of Carnegie, which fused Carnegie’s advisory heritage with DNB’s balance sheet to create the region’s largest investment banking platform.
