Kotak Mahindra Bank wins India’s best cash management deal for its work with BillDesk, one of India’s largest digital payments and bill-payment platforms. The bank delivered a highly customised unified payments interface acquiring solution that enabled the payment aggregator to scale rapidly while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. BillDesk faced the challenge of migrating to a new UPI acquiring platform in a highly compressed timeframe while supporting a large enterprise and mid-market merchant base.
To address these challenges, Kotak Mahindra Bank designed a bespoke solution that incorporated BillDesk’s merchant chargeback management system, providing end-to-end dispute visibility and greater operational control.
Execution was a standout feature of the mandate.
