PrivatBank strengthened its cash management proposition in 2025 by giving corporate clients a more integrated way to accept payments, reconcile sales and manage receivables across physical and digital channels.
Payments and receivables fees grew by 22.6% year-on-year to reach UAH1.3 billion ($28.9 million), while transactions processed through the bank’s acquiring ecosystem increased by 19% to more than UAH1.3 trillion. PrivatBank processed every second card payment in Ukraine through 345,000 active POS terminals, giving companies broad acceptance coverage across stores, e-commerce, delivery, hospitality, transport and other service channels.

The bank has brought these channels into a single merchant ecosystem spanning physical terminals, internet acquiring, smartphone acceptance and cloud-based fiscalisation.
