In June 2025, the firm completed PL Maza, a 3,444 sqm last-mile warehouse in Buenos Aires designed to meet rising e-commerce demand. Its city-centre location reduces heavy truck traffic, cutting congestion and emissions while accelerating delivery times. The facility achieved Edge certification and uses 100% LED lighting, combining operational efficiency with environmental responsibility.
In the same month, Plaza Logística advanced large-scale infrastructure with the PL Mercado expansion, adding 56,400 sqm of Class A space – marking an 11% increase.
