RBS has organised its EMEA sales team into what an internal memo from Antonio Polverino describes as a “Product/Geography matrix model”. It all sounds very professional and apparently it will help the bank, “serve our priority institutional clients across the region.”

The appointments are:

Product sales heads:

  EMEA credit sales – Emmanuel Delattre / Chris Fleming

  EMEA flow rates and currency sales – Chris Fleming

  EMEA rates and currency solutions sales – Didier Chapet

Region sales heads:

  Northern Europe – Sian Hurrell

  Switzerland, Germany and Austria – Stefan Krasz

  France, Belgium, and Luxembourg – Laurent Garret

  Southern Europe – Luis Torroba

  MEA and Israel Institutional and Corporates – Samir Atassi

Polverino, who is RBS’s head of EMEA institutional sales, concludes the memo by saying: “I will be providing further clarity around the new Global Solutions Sales business in the near future, as well as introducing the management team.
