IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) has appointed Sir Callum McCarthy, former chairman of the UK’s Financial Services Authority, to its board. “We are very pleased to welcome Sir Callum as a member of the ICE board of directors. Sir Callum has tremendous managerial experience from banking and energy, to his leadership of the FSA.
