At least FXMarketSpace’s staffing level is rising even if its volumes levels are not. The fledgling platform has announced a further raft of hires this week, perhaps indicating that its two parents, the CME and Reuters, remain committed to the venture in the long term.
Appointments have been made in London, Chicago and New York. Clarence Seals is the most senior, joining as new senior vice-president and head of product management in New York. He will report to Mark Robson, the company’s chief executive.
