Pinsent Masons has appointed Al-Harith Sinclair to bolster the firm’s financial regulatory capability in London and nationally. The appointment comes at a time when financial regulation continues to sweep the UK and the demand for comprehensive and accessible regulatory advice surges.
Al-Harith joins from Cleary Gottlieb where he headed up their UK financial regulatory practice. He joined Pinsent Masons City office on 4 January as a partner with six years’ financial regulatory experience. During his time at Cleary Gottlieb Al-Harith both created and led the firm’s UK financial regulatory practice advising corporate, banking, investment, insurance and outsourcing clients on all aspects of UK and EU financial regulation affecting their businesses.
