SÃO PAULO, 12/2/05 – Brazilian retail chain Lojas Americanas S.A. announced on Friday that its e-commerce division Americanas.com has concluded the acquisition of 99.36% of the capital of TV Sky Shop S.A., the owner of shopping channel and internet site Shoptime. The transaction was worth R$ 114,566,835.08 and saw the purchase of 44% of TV Sky Shop S.A.’s capital stock from Globo Comunicações e Participações S.A., and of 98.85% of the capital stock of Shoptime S.A.’s,
