HBOS FD Mark Tucker has replaced Jonathan Bloomer as CEO of UK insurance firm Prudential.
Bloomer has been under attack for some time from investors for failing to sell Prudential’s majority stake in online bank Egg. Bloomers leaves on May 5.
Tucker will be replaced as group FD at HBOS by insurance and investment division head Phil Hodkinson.
