Brady Corporation, the software solutions and speciality materials manufacturer, has promoted Barbara Bolens to the role of treasurer, after spending nine years as assistant treasurer. She will have complete responsibility for treasury functions, including risk management.
Bolens succeeds Donald Rearic, who retires in January 2006 but in the meantime will serve as senior vice president for finance and assistant company secretary.
Brady CFO David Mathieson says: ?I would like to thank Don Rearic for his sterling service to date and for preparing and coaching such a fine candidate as Barb.
