ANZ Investment Bank today announces the appointment of Malcolm Hiscock as global head of corporate finance. Malcolm is an M&A specialist with a strong track record of over 14 years’ experience in high profile transactions for major listed companies both in Australia and internationally.
Malcolm joins ANZ Investment Bank after a sabbatical. Prior to this he was director, corporate finance in Singapore and head of M&A, Melbourne, for Merrill Lynch.
Malcolm will be based in Melbourne and he will head ANZ’s corporate finance units in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and India.
