Stephen Jones joins Lovells’ international corporate practice

Stephen Jones joins Lovells in February as a partner in the corporate practice area. Jones will be based in London, and will focus on the development of the corporate finance practice in Central and Eastern Europe.

Jones joins from the London office of Dewey Ballantine where he has been a partner since 1996. His move to Lovells is part of the firm’s expansion plans for its international corporate practice in the EU accession countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
