Luis Costa has joined Citi’s emerging markets strategy team as a director covering CEEMEA.
Costa previously worked at Commerzbank and ING in London as an emerging markets strategist on central and eastern Europe. He also worked in New York and Sao Paulo on the buy-side as an interest rates and FX structured products trader.
