FX news: EMF – “Unbelievable”

I wasn’t going to write about the likelihood of a European Monetary Fund being created.

And then I was tempted just to leave it at the headline (early ’90s dance combo EMF’s first and only number one was called ‘Unbelievable’).

But to expand a little: it won’t happen, no one wants to pay.
