FX dealing technology software provider Velsys has hired Rob Gray and Brian Kelly, both former colleagues at Saxo Bank.
Gray will develop business in the emerging markets of eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while Kelly joins to lead product strategy.
Gray was most recently developing the Middle East markets for CMC Markets and previously led UK institutional sales at Saxo Bank.
Kelly was a vice-president of Saxo Bank and responsible for product development across the bank’s platforms.
