Michelle Neal, global head of electronic markets at RBS, has left to join Nomura, market sources say.
Neal is the most recent in a line of high-profile departures from RBS. She follows colleagues Steve Ashley and Chris Fleming, who joined the newly invigorated Japanese bank earlier this year (RBS to Nomura).
Nomura have yet to comment.
