CLS have announced that Richard Kerschner, formally of the New York Mercantile Exchange, has been appointed as head of strategic initiatives.
In the newly created role, Kerschner will be based in New York and will report to Alan Bozian, CEO.
Commenting the appointment, Bozian says: “This is a key appointment for CLS at an important time for the FX market. Richard brings a wealth of legal, regulatory and business experience in the technology and financial services sectors.
