Icap will have a new group finance director after Matthew Lester announced that he is leaving for Royal Mail Group next month as their chief financial officer.
Subject to FSA approval, Icap will appoint Iain Torrens to replace Lester. Torrens has been group financial controller at Icap since 2008 and was previously CFO at CP Ships.
