We criticised Dukascopy back in July 2008 (Gut feeling: Dukascopy) for an almost unintelligible and hyper-hyperbolic press release it sent us, but there was little to find fault with when we looked at its app.
The spot FX rates are pretty much on the market with fine spreads (USD/JPY half a pip) and they refresh automatically. The 22 available pairs can be ordered by user preference.
