During 2025, mBank demonstrated its cash management strength in Poland with expanded digital onboarding, new mobile banking features and remote support for corporate clients.
mBank‘s paperless onboarding platform, COBRA, handled 93% of eligible new corporate account agreements remotely, up from 89% in 2024. It brings account opening, cards, cash services, electronic banking, FX and compliance checks into one workflow. New accounts are available within one working day, with adviser involvement reduced by 90% compared with the previous process.
The mBank CompanyMobile app added spot and forward FX transactions, a currency dashboard, alerts and currency-pair history.
