John Ferry (JF) writes regularly on equity derivatives and structured products for Euromoney magazine and also contributes to Risk, Life & Pensions, and Worth. He has a degree in economics from the University of St Andrews.
Andrew Popper (AP) is group head of portfolio management and chief investment officer at SG Hambros Bank & Trust Ltd. He has overall responsibility for investment policy and originating, and also implementing alternative investments and structured products for clients. He has 30 years’ experience in the financial industry.
Charlotte Ransom (CR) is co-head of the European FICC and equities structuring group at Goldman Sachs. Charlotte joined the firm in 1992 and has been responsible for several different sales groups, including insurance and pension fund sales, emerging market sales, European credit derivatives marketing and European swaps marketing. She became a managing director in 1997 and a partner in 2002.
Daniel Ellis (DE) is head of structured products for the European network of HSBC Private Bank. Before joining HSBC Private Bank in 2001, he held several finance and treasury products positions for Flemings and Lloyds TSB banks in London and the Channel Islands. He  is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).
Alexis Zervoglos (AZ) runs the hybrid derivatives business for Commerzbank. This is primarily focused on servicing the bank's structured retail clients and providing highly structured asset-liability management solutions to an international institutional investor base. His former roles include both exotic and flow equity derivatives trading, structuring and development of the equity correlation trading business in the late 1990's.
Shaun Wainstein (SW) is head of the London  Equity and Derivatives platform at BNP Paribas. Previously, he filled a number of roles at BNP Paribas, including Head of Structuring London, trading Eurotop and Eurostoxx indices, and building the Paribas global market and credit risk methodologies. He obtained a PhD from Imperial College in the field of Elementary Particle Physics.
Craig Lewis (CL) is head of investment solutions at CSUK. During his 19-year career he has worked at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup as well as Credit Suisse, managing and advising on multiple asset classes, focusing on FX, fixed income and derivatives.
Solomon Soquar (SS) is managing director of capital markets at Citigroup Global Wealth Management (GWM) He joined in 2004 to head all capital markets activities within GWM. He is responsible for originating structured products, advisory and execution services across asset classes and serves a global client base from Citigroup’s European platform.
