David Barks (DB) is an associate director at Wealth-X Custom Research, a leading provider of wealth information and insight. He has nearly 10 years’ experience conducting research for financial services providers and is a specialist in understanding the wealthy around the world.

Yin Jinqiang (YJ) is head of private banking at Agricultural Bank of China. He has been general manager of the Beijing-based lender’s private banking operations since 2013. He joined ABC in 1987 and has more than 20 years of experience in retail banking.

Nick Perryman (NP) is head of wealth management for emerging markets at UBS in London. He is responsible for a team serving wealthy individuals and family offices in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, as well as overseeing the UK financial intermediaries business.

Kevin Huang (KH) is head of overseas private banking at China Merchants Bank. His remit includes a special emphasis on the Shenzhen-based lender’s global private banking platform, launched in 2014. He has been with the bank for more than 12 years. Before joining the private banking team, he worked in CMB’s corporate finance department.
